Onsite Services

For a more personal touch, you may prefer our Onsite Bookkeeping Service. This involves a bookkeeper visiting your premises or office location on a regular basis. On these visits, we will keep all your statutory bookkeeping in line with current legislation and the demands/ needs of your business.

As each business is unique, the regularity of these visits will dependent upon your requirements and can be anything from weekly to one annual visit*. As your business changes, this regularity can be increased or decreased to accommodate your needs.

Our Onsite Services are subject to our standard daily rate charges of £160.00 per day (up to 8 hours). If ad-hoc visits are required in addition to this, they will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £25.00.

* If you are VAT registered, we advise that you have an onsite visit at least once per VAT quarter to ensure compliance with VAT filing requirements. This would need to take place towards the middle/ end of the month following the end of the quarter.
