Offsite Services

We understand that many companies do not have the office-space for a bookkeeper and therefore, we have the facility to process your accounts at our office. What’s more, because you only pay for the services you require, the cost is often considerably lower than our on-site bookkeeping service.

How it works
Our offsite service is the perfect way for hassle-free bookkeeping. Simply place all your receipts, invoices etc... into a supplied pre-paid envelope and take it along to the post office once a month. We’ll process your accounts and return all the items to you (including reports) within 14 days of receipt.

The Personal Touch
Whilst you may prefer the offsite facility, we also like to offer our clients a personal service. In line with our offsite package, we like to arrange a quarterly, half-yearly or annual meeting with all our clients to review your accounts and the services we offer.
